The resident is responsible for making their rent payments and deposits on time and in full, regardless of how and when their financial aid is dispersed. If financial aid is dispersed to you after your rent is due, they suggest that you pay out-of-pocket and reimburse yourself once your financial aid disbursement is received.

Yes. Utilities such as Electricity (up to a cap), trash, water, gas, unlimited internet, and complementary Netflix are included with the property. All of their apartments are fully furnished, including kitchen supplies, bedding, and others. (An inventory list will be provided before move-in).
