Buchungskautionszahlung
Bei Unterzeichnung des Lizenzvertrags ist ein Monat Mietzahlung im Voraus erforderlich. Die Vorauszahlung umfasst eine Gebühr von 50 $. Der Sicherheitsantrag oder die Reservierungsgebühr, die bereits gezahlt wurde, ist unverzichtbar, wenn die Buchung abgebrochen wird.
Kaution
Die Sicherheitsanzahlung entspricht einem Monat Mietzahlung. Die Sicherheitsanzahlung wird innerhalb von 45 Tagen nach Ablauf des Mietvertrags zurückgezahlt. Die Auszugskosten werden aus der Sicherheitsanzahlung abgezogen, bevor der Rest der Anzahlung zurückgezahlt wird. Wiederholte Verstöße gegen das Rauchverbot im Innenbereich führen zur sofortigen Beendigung des Mietvertrags und zur Einziehung der Sicherheitsanzahlung.

Zusatzgebühren
Eine einmalige administrative Gebühr von SGD 223,45 (nach Abzug der Steuern) ist erforderlich. Stempelsteuer ist an die Regierung zu zahlen und wird separat berechnet. Die Auszuggebühr variiert zwischen SGD 163,50 pro Zimmer und SGD 273 pro Einheit (MwSt. enthalten), je nach Zimmerart. Wenn zwei Bewohner in einem Zimmer wohnen, gilt eine zusätzliche Mietgebühr von SGD 200. Die Nutzung von Nebenkosten wird bis zu SGD 125 für eine Zweipersonenbelegung abgedeckt. Das Rauchen ist verboten. Für Verstöße wird eine Geldstrafe von $300 erhoben.
