Installment Info:- Student had to pay their rent either quarterly, half-yearly, or yearly.
Payments Info:- Deposit will be 2 months of their monthly rental, and they will be collecting a 250$ admin fee for first time registration. To complete a booking, student need to at least make 2 months deposit payment and pay the rest of the admin fee and rental upon check in.
