1. Property requires you to pay 1 month’s rent at the time of booking. 2. This will be offset against your first rental installment.

The fees which you have to pay with your rent on a monthly basis:- Utility Fees (High speed Wi-Fi and electricity) = € 205 Lump Sum (Gas, water, and building facilities maintenance fees) = € 70 The fees which you have to pay one time only:- 1. Final cleaning = € 150 2. The Admin fees vary from property to property. These will be visible while the time of the booking. Pets Fee:- They charge a Pet Fee of €250 plus statutory VAT for the first pet for the entire length of your stay, and any additional pet comes at an extra cost of €125 plus statutory VAT.
1. You need to pay €2000 as a deposit to secure your room with the property. 2. This will be refunded, within 30 days, to you at the end of your tenancy period less any deductions and pending charges.
