The house has 3 rooms one room is for storage and other room is for housemate. The room has queen bed, bedside tables, lamp, desk, office chair, couch, ceiling fan and shelving.

Large back yard and lovely front yard. Separate bathroom and toilet.

Furnished main area, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dryer. Kitchen has all the pots, pans, cutlery etc plus I have a variety of kitchen gadgets. Air conditioner in lounge area only.

Off street parking in quiet street, close to bus stops either Torrens Road or Days Road. Arndale shopping centre not far either. Easy drive to city too.

Sorry no pets.

Bond required $1130.00 plus 2 weeks up front rent. I would recommend in putting aside $30/week that should cover cost of quarterly utilities (gas, power, water).

The property does not offer any cooling off period, all contracts are legal & binding.

Renewal policy

Students who wish to extend their stay can contact the Amber team for renewal or rebooking at the same accommodation. Our team will support the renewal process and help students secure a suitable room of their choice. Students are encouraged to reach out early to ensure they can rebook the same room or another room of their choice at the same property.

Early check in policy

Early check-in requests can be shared in advance with the Amber team. Our team will do a feasibility check to facilitate early check-in requests based on room readiness and availability. Additional charges may apply where applicable.

Booking Deposit

1. You need to pay 2 week’s rent in advance to secure your room with the property. 2. This will be offset against your first rental installment.

Security Deposit

1. 4 Weeks of rent as bond needs to be paid at the time of move in. 2. This is refundable at the end of the tenancy period less and deductions and pending charges.

Pay In Instalment

Rent can be paid weekly, fortnightly, or monthly in advance.

Mode Of Payment

Debit/Credit card & bank transfer.

Guarantor Requirement

Property does not require you to have a guarantor to book a room.

Additional Fees

Short team lease: $20 per week (if lease duration is less than 6 months) Master rooms with en-suite bath: $30 per week (for couples only) Garage Space: $10 per week
