Payment and Fees
The property accepts: 1. Payment in full. 2. Quarterly payments. 3. Monthly payments.
You are not required to provide a guarantor to book a room with the property.
1. You need to make an advance rent payment of 1 month's rent to secure your room with the property. 2. This amount will be offset against your first or only instalment of rent.
1. To secure a room with the property, you need to pay a security deposit of GBP 250. 2. This will be refunded to you at the end of the tenancy period less ay deductions and pending charges.
Tenants can ask for extra housekeeping at a cost of £50 which includes linen change & professional cleaning.

What does the booking process involve?
They require all clients to sign a contract (T&Cs), provide a form of ID, pay the first month’s rent upfront and also provide a refundable damage deposit. Their booking process is strict and they expect clients to comply with their regulations.
When will my deposit be returned?
All security deposits will be returned within 7 days of checkout subject to housekeeping review.
What is included in my accommodation?
All properties are fully furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped for a long-term stay whilst working away from home. All bills are inclusive: Gas, Electric, Water, Wi-Fi, TV Licence, Council Tax and housekeeping. Linen, Towels are Consumables are also provided in the accommodation.
Are there any other extra fees I should be made aware of?
There are no hidden costs or fees when you book your accommodation with us. You will only be charged if you want extra housekeeping services or your deposit, subject to housekeeping review.
Can I reserve a property in advance?
They usually do not accept reservations on properties as they are on a first-come, first-serve basis. However, depending on the length of the project they may be able to authorise a holding deposit on the property which is non-refundable if you decide to cancel within 60 days of your arrival.
Is there any charge for a Dependent stay?
Charges for dependent stays apply for stays between 4 nights – 27 nights stays. 28+ night stays there are no charges.
Is Dual occupancy allowed, if yes what are the charges?
Yes. Their property sleeps up to 4 people for the same fixed price.
