Payment and Fees
1. You need to pay €2500 as a deposit to secure your room with the property. 2. This will be refunded, within 30 days, to you at the end of your tenancy period less any deductions and pending charges.
Payments need to be made monthly, in advance.
Property does not require you to have a guarantor to book a room.

This fee includes a booking management fee, a flat maintenance fee, and a customer support fee. 3. Pet fee: For a single pet, the fee is €250, with an additional €125 per pet for any additional pets thereafter.
