Features

The entire apartment is adorned with beautiful floor tiles, green hangings, and intricate moldings. Both rooms welcome you with a large, comfy bed with fresh linens, a mirror, a table, a spacious closet, and ample storage. And the best thing is that both the rooms have private balconies attached to them, offering a splendid view of the Fonatella and the historical beauty of Barcelona. Wifi and water bills are included in the rent. Illuminated with natural light, the living area comes with a large, cozy sofa, front of which lies a smart TV so that your movie nights remain perfect. The two bathrooms are made for your two different moods; one has a rainfall shower other comes with a bathtub, and both have a hair dryer and fresh towels. Speaking of the shared gourmet kitchen, it is equipped with all that you may need and more. There's a microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freer, even the pots and pans. In addition, a coffee maker! Location and What's Hot?

Walking down to the Universitat de Barcelona takes only 14 minutes. You can reach the EADA Business School in 14 minutes by bus. Also, Pompeu Fabra University is only 18 minutes of ride away. When it comes to pleasing the stomach, just get down to the street you will find an array of restaurants and bars in front of you. In 2 minutes, you can walk to the Macchina Pasta Bar for Italian food. For Mexican food, Burritos Sant Pere is a good option just behind the building. Citizen Café Barcelona is a must-go for brunch and comes in 3 minutes of walk. Oishii is a ramen restaurant just 4 minutes walk away. You must save your time for this amazing buffet Restaurant, FrescCo, just 4 minutes on foot. Now for beers and bars, Bobby's Free, 100 Montaditos, and La Whiskeria are some of the best options within a short walk. You might visit the Paradox Meausem just across the street. In 2 minutes, you can walk to the Urquinaona subway station or get a bus from the Pl Urquinaona bus stop. There are more than 5 bus stops within 3 minutes of walking. The Metro Urquinaona bus stop is again just 2 minutes away, connecting you to the entire Barcelona in minutes. In 4 minutes of walking, you can get a train from Plaça de Catalunya Transit stop. And yes, it's just as easy as it seems.

Room allocation

Students can indicate specific room number or location preferences during the booking process, and the Amber team will accommodate these preferences wherever possible, based on availability.

Check in guide

Approximately 2–4 weeks prior to the scheduled move-in date, students will receive check-in instructions via email. This communication will include the steps required to select a check-in date and time slot, complete necessary documentation, and settle any outstanding payments prior to arrival.In case of any questions or queries, please feel free to contact the Amber team, and our team will assist to ensure a smooth check-in process.

Renewal policy

Students who wish to extend their stay can contact the Amber team for renewal or rebooking at the same accommodation. Our team will support the renewal process and help students secure a suitable room of their choice. Students are encouraged to reach out early to ensure they can rebook the same room or another room of their choice at the same property.

Early check in policy

Early check-in requests can be shared in advance with the Amber team. Our team will do a feasibility check to facilitate early check-in requests based on room readiness and availability. Additional charges may apply where applicable.

Payment and Fees

Booking Deposit

1. Property requires you to pay one month’s rent at the time of booking. 2. This will be offset against your first rental installment.

Security Deposit

1. You need to pay €2500 as a deposit to secure your room with the property. 2. This will be refunded, within 30 days, to you at the end of your tenancy period less any deductions and pending charges.

Pay In Instalment

Payments need to be made monthly, in advance.

Credit and debit card.

Guarantor Requirement

Property does not require you to have a guarantor to book a room.

Additional Fees

The fees which you have to pay with your rent on a monthly basis:- 1. Utility Fees (High-speed Wi-Fi and electricity): €360 (Might increase depending on tenancy duration) The fees which you have to pay one time only:- 1. Final cleaning: €150 2. The Admin fees vary from property to property. These will be visible during the booking. This is a one-time fee and will vary according to the tenancy length of the booking. You will be charged an administration fee at the time of booking, which will vary according to the tenancy duration. This fee includes a booking management fee, a flat maintenance fee, and a customer support fee. 3. Pet fee: For a single pet, the fee is €250, with an additional €125 per pet for any additional pets thereafter.

Property apartments are designed with remote workers and digital nomads in mind. All apartments come with a dedicated workstation so you can work productively and comfortably from home.

How do utility costs work?

Utility costs are calculated using standard city rates based on the square footage of the apartment. They are charged monthly.

How many people can stay in an apartment?

Their apartments range in size from studios to four bedroom apartments. Each property has a maximum number of allowable guests based on the apartment size.

How does your pricing work?

Property uses dynamic pricing which means their prices change depending on availability and seasonality. Their prices are comparable to other temporary rental companies. However, versus hotels and short-stay sites like Airbnb, they are comparatively cheaper for monthly stays.

Can I book an apartment as a foreigner or non-resident of the country?

Absolutely! At property, they encourage foreigners coming to any of the cities they operate in to book with them. The entire booking process can be done remotely and they ensure that it is easy for you to arrive and stay during your trip.

Can I visit an apartment prior to making a reservation?

All of their apartments can be toured virtually on their website. Enter into the individual listing and scroll through the photos or select "3D Tour" to see an accurate and interactive layout of the home. It is possible to visit an apartment but only if there is no guest in-house.

What are the additional charges when I make a booking?

Apart from the monthly rental, they may also charge additional fees, charges and/or guarantees depending on the market. Please contact them to know the specifics.

What payment methods are available?

The preferred payment method is through credit card. You will be required to submit your credit card details during the booking process. For stays longer than a month, you will be automatically charged at the beginning of each month for the duration of your stay. If credit card payment is not immediately available for you, speak to your dedicated booking agent for other possible options.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations are allowed but may incur a penalty fee. However, they consider each cancellation request on a case-by-case basis.

Do you offer cleaning services?

Apartments are properly cleaned prior to arrival. Additional cleaning services are also available by request but are not covered by property. Inquire with their sales agents about how cleanings work for the city you will be traveling to.

Do you offer any guest services?
