You can cancel your booking but you have to serve the notice period for the properyt, notice period is depend on the lenght of stay. 1-6 Nights- You have to pay the cost of the full stay 7-28 Nights- You can cancel your booking within 7 nights 29+ Nights- You can cancel your booking within 7 nights

Check in guide

Approximately 2–4 weeks prior to the scheduled move-in date, students will receive check-in instructions via email. This communication will include the steps required to select a check-in date and time slot, complete necessary documentation, and settle any outstanding payments prior to arrival.In case of any questions or queries, please feel free to contact the Amber team, and our team will assist to ensure a smooth check-in process.

Renewal policy

Students who wish to extend their stay can contact the Amber team for renewal or rebooking at the same accommodation. Our team will support the renewal process and help students secure a suitable room of their choice. Students are encouraged to reach out early to ensure they can rebook the same room or another room of their choice at the same property.

Early check in policy

Early check-in requests can be shared in advance with the Amber team. Our team will do a feasibility check to facilitate early check-in requests based on room readiness and availability. Additional charges may apply where applicable.

Can I order room service?

They don't offer room service at any of their property aparthotels. However, you are welcome to order takeaway or delivery to your apartment, and they can also help to arrange grocery delivery so you can cook from the comfort of your own kitchen. Head down to reception to ask for more details.

How do I use my apartment appliances at property Hotels?

Onto your last pair of socks and can't figure out how to use the washing machine, or need some tips on which oven setting to use? They have manuals available for your kitchen appliances including dishwashers, washer-dryers and ovens. For cooking, cleaning and everything else.

I'm staying at property for a special occasion. Can I arrange a surprise for my loved one in the apartment?

They’re always up for making your special occasion feel even more memorable. Whether it’s a birthday, anniversary, or just something you want to celebrate, they’ll do their best to accommodate your request, depending on what you're after.

What can I recycle, and how is my rubbish and recycling collected from my apartment?

They recycle – just a little differently at each location. Across all property properties, you’ll find bins for mixed recycling, general waste, and glass. The setup may vary slightly depending on local guidelines, but it’s always easy to do your bit. Stickers on the bins in your room will help guide you.

Am I able to register a property property as my permanent residential address?

Unfortunately they are unable to let guests register a property as their permanent residential address.

Do property hotels have self catering facilities?

Yes, all property hotel apartments have their own kitchen, complete with a hob, fridge/freezer and microwave grill. So no matter where you stay, you can cook, meal prep and fix up a drink whenever the craving calls.

Can I rent your apartments unfurnished?

Their apartments all come fully-furnished, so you'll be able to move in with everything you need from day one. They don't offer any unfurnished apartment rentals.

Can I request a specific apartment number for my long stay?

They can't guarantee you'll be able to stay in a specific apartment. However, if you are staying with them long-term and have a preferred apartment, they will do their best to accomodate your request.

What accommodation do you provide for different types of business travel?

All their city centre hotels have a boutique collection of apartments and suites to accommodate different business travellers' needs. Studios and cosier apartments are perfect for shorter stays. Whilst their open plan and one bedroom suites are slightly more roomy for longer living. Some apartments also come with a dedicated desk and additional kitchen facillieties including a washer/dryer and dishwasher, perfect for those relocating to a new city.

Which apartment is right for me?

Some of their apartments come better equipped for extended stays than others. If you're staying a while, you might prefer more space, a sofa to lounge on, or to close the door to your bedroom. While their cosy Micro Studios and City Studios are designed with shorter stays in mind, their property Studios and all their One Bedroom Suites are intended to give you enough space to live and relax, whether that's for weeks, months or longer.
