Guarantor Requirement
A guarantor may be required if the student chooses to pay rent by instalments. A guarantor agrees to be responsible for rent payments if payments are not made. Both UK and international guarantors can be considered. Guarantors are subject to identity, affordability, and verification checks. Full guarantor details will be confirmed before signing the tenancy agreement.
Mode Of Payment
The security deposit can be paid through the online booking form during the booking process. If payment cannot be made through the dashboard, payment can be made via bank transfer using the provided Lloyds Bank account details.
Pay In Instalment
Students choosing to pay rent by instalments may be required to provide a guarantor.
Security Deposit
A £150 security deposit is required. The deposit is protected by MyDeposits or DPS. If the student is unable to make the payment through the dashboard, payment can be made via bank transfer using the provided Lloyds Bank account details.
Booking Deposit
A £150 security deposit is required to secure the booking. The student pays the £150 security deposit at the end of the online booking form submission. The security deposit is paid through the online booking form during the booking process.

Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms, but there are designated smoking areas on the property.
What appliances are already included in the apartment, when the student arrives?
The apartment includes hi-speed WiFi, onsite laundry, a party lounge, study facilities, external garden space, secure bike storage, a new gym, a cinema room, a 4-ring induction hob, and a built-in oven.
Does a student need to bring their own bedding and kitchen equipment?
Yes, students need to bring their own bedding and kitchen equipment.
Does the rental include student insurance?
The rental does not include student insurance.
Is there any cafe/canteen in the property?
There is no cafe or canteen on the property.
