Payment and Fees
1. You need to pay 2 month’s rent as a deposit to secure your room with the property. 2. This will be refunded to you at the end of your tenancy period less any deductions and pending charges.
Credit card, debit card and bank transfer.
Property does not require you to have a guarantor to book a room.
Administrative fee: 150 Euros (one time)
Rent needs to be paid monthly, in advance.

What documents do I need to rent an apartment in Berlin?
- Purpose of stay – i.e., an employment agreement, university admission letter
- Proof of income – i.e., last 3 months of bank account activities, blocked account, etc.
- Scan of ID card (Scan of passport and visa for non EU citizens)
- SCHUFA (If you are living in Germany more than a year)
- Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung (If you are living in Germany more than a year)
- Liability insurance (If you don’t have, you can provide us within 30 days after the move-in)
- Guarantor’s letter from your guarantor if you do not have efficient income/ saving
Is the booking process free?
When do I need to pay the first rent?
It is important to note that payment for the first rent should be made within 72 hours from the time of receiving the contract. You are supposed to get a conformation within 24 hours after paying the service fee. (If the parent was initiated during working days).
When do I need to pay deposit?
You will have ample time to pay the deposit for your move-in. They kindly ask that the deposit be paid no later than 72 hours before your move-in date.
What cost are included in my rent?
Everything except radio tax. Also, although internet is provided as gift in all their properties, the cost of it is not included in your rent. Yet, all tenants can enjoy using high speed internet for free. Also facility service and repairs are included in the rent. So you even don’t need to change a bulb if you don’t have a latter!

Property is the exclusive company that offers tenants the unique opportunity to select their furniture at no cost. Additionally, if the property is already furnished, tenants can choose to upgrade their furniture for a minimal fee.
