Application fee: $20 (one-time, NYC-regulated application fee). Parking fee: Minimum $400. Amenity fees: Applicable (amount not specified). Pet fee: $250 for the first year, then $50 for each following year. Pets are limited to a maximum weight of 40 lbs.
