1. In order to pay rent in installments, you will need to provide a guarantor based in the UK. 2. If you are unable to provide a guarantor your rent payment will need to be paid in full, before your tenancy start date.
A one-time non-refundable fee of £99 must be paid at the time of booking.
You will be required to pay additionally for a TV license or Pay TV subscriptions.
1. You will be required to pay a certain amount as a security deposit to secure your room with the property. 2. Your deposit is held within a ‘deposit protection scheme’ (DPS). This is an independent body who holds and protects your deposit, and will arbitrate in the unlikely event of any problems. Please note: Security Deposit will be conveyed at the time of lease agreement once the tenancy length is confirmed.
