Security Deposit
To book a room you need to pay security deposit of $500
Booking Deposit
1. Once the application is approved, the student can pay the holding deposit and guarantee their place. 2. The deposit will depend on the room type you select. The deposit might change due to availability, please get in touch with your amber agent to know more. 2. The holding deposit will convert to a security deposit once student moves in. 3. Also, before moving in, the student needs to pay a $250 (one-time placement fee) and the first month’s rent.
Pay In Instalment
Quarter-long leases require payment in full in advance. Semester or academic year leases can opt for monthly payments. Rent is due on the 1st of every month for monthly payment plans. Late fees apply to payments made after the 1st.
Mode Of Payment
Rent can be paid through the Kapi Tenant Portal using debit cards, credit cards, or e-check. Major credit cards, ACH, direct wire transfers, personal checks, cashier's checks, and money orders are accepted. AMEX and Discover cards are not accepted. Transaction fees may apply. Multiple payments can be submitted if the amount due exceeds the maximum amount allowed for a single transaction.
