Property cannot take care of the payment on behalf of tenants, but you can share the costs with your flatmates.

If you're experiencing issues with the size of the video/pictures they'd recommend trying to compress them to keep the size under 20 MB.
Tenants in each apartment are welcome to design their own cleaning agreements as long as the apartment remains tidy and no inventory is damaged.
They highly recommend airing out each space twice a day for at least twenty minutes by completely opening the windows. This prevents stuffiness and mold.
