Nestled on top of a bluff overlooking the Navesink River, Southbank at the Navesink was designed to blend seamlessly into the history and sophistication of Red Bank, the Jersey Shore’s urban waterfront town. Southbank’s exterior façade of stately brick, Corten steel and Ipe wood complements the town’s sidewalks, buildings and Victorian streetlamps.
The community offers a private collection of 10 exquisite waterfront townhomes. Each residence is meticulously designed by the iconic architectural firm, Rotwein + Blake with interiors by international award winner, Pavarini Design.
Southbank at the Navesink features spacious, open floor plans, six of which offer convenient single-level living leaving four duplex penthouses to top the building. Each penthouse is architecturally designed with elegant floating staircases. Students who wish to extend their stay can contact the Amber team for renewal or rebooking at the same accommodation. Our team will support the renewal process and help students secure a suitable room of their choice.
