A security deposit is required to confirm the booking and is refunded within 15 days after move-out, subject to the applicable refund process.

Pay In Instalment

Rent is payable monthly through electronic invoices. If the tenancy starts mid-month, the first invoice covers one month from the move-in date, followed by a prorated invoice until the end of that month. Subsequent payments are due monthly.A 20% discount on the membership fee is available for eligible tenants who pay the full 12-month fee upfront, subject to screening.

Payments are made electronically through invoices. Tenants may also opt for automatic payments using an authorised credit card or bank account.

Guarantor Requirement
