Take the tram outside your door 15 minutes to La Trobe University city campus or 25 minutes to University of Melbourne. You wont need to go far to eat out with some of Melbournes best eateries, pubs and bars right in your neighbourhood. Shop on Gertrude Street then grab a drink - try a Lamington jaffle at Bad Frankie.
Therell always be someone home to chat to when you live in the 34/36 Nicholson Street large student rental in Melbourne. You wouldnt know from the terrace facade, with pretty wrought iron balcony and balustrades, that inside, split over two floors, are 34 bedrooms of varying sizes. There are 10 bathrooms to share as well as four kitchens, some larger than others. All the appliances youll need to make yourself a quick supper are provided and you can eat at the dining table or take your snack back to your room.
Treat yourself to a room off one of the verandahs at the front, or choose the rear of the property to have your own access to outdoor space. Sort out your wardrobe and use the laundry facilities whenever you need to, and relax knowing that the common areas are cleaned regularly. Your rent includes a fast, unlimited internet connection which will make studying a breeze.
