Who’s in charge of cleaning?

Remember, you’re responsible for keeping things tidy at home and making sure the kitchen and utensils stay clean. You will also be in charge of the laundry and washing your own clothes, sheets and towels, for which you have a washing machine and dryer at your disposal inside your apartment at no extra cost.
What do I have to do when I leave?
They make it easy for you, you must leave the keys on the table in your room and close the door. Check-out time at 10am.
When and how will my deposit be refunded?
Your guarantee will be returned by bank transfer from your departure date after checking that there are no damages.
