IF I GET A JOB TRANSFER, CAN I BREAK THE LEASE?

We offer an Early Termination of Lease Agreement. You will provide 60-day written notice, pay termination fee, and pay back any concessions given.

CAN I CHANGE TO A MONTH-TO-MONTH LEASE PLAN AFTER MY FIRST YEAR?

The lease will automatically default to a MTM status after the lease expiration. A 60-day written notice will be required on a MTM lease. All month-to-month fees will apply.

DO YOU ACCEPT LEASES FOR SHORT TERMS?

Our minimum lease term is 3 months, subject to change.

AM I REQUIRED TO HAVE RENTERS' INSURANCE?

Residents are required to provide proof of and to maintain a liability insurance policy during the entire lease term and any renewal periods that provides limits of liability to third parties in amount no less than $100,000 per occurrence. Policy must list all lease holders.

We can recommend a third party furniture rental service.

Rent payments can be made on our online resident portal 24/7.

Any guests that stays more than 7 consecutive days need to apply to be added to the lease.

We offer reserved parking spaces and reserved one or two car garages. There is a monthly cost associated with any reserved parking.
