They will acknowledge all complaints upon receipt and ask that they be allowed 14 working days in order to fully investigate and respond to any issues raised. If you are not happy with their reply you should let them know and explain why - they can then arrange for a manager to contact you directly to discuss. Finally, if you remain unhappy, they will escalate your complaint to our Head Office to review and issue a full and final response.
