All the rooms in each of the apartments feature private bathrooms. They also come with a cosy bed, a study desk and a full-size mirror. The ample amount of storage is provided by a wardrobe, shelving units and a bookshelf. The galley kitchen has a microwave, fridge freezer and induction cooktops. One can keep the midnight snacks in the cabinets, so as to keep them handy. The dining table is the spot where one can bond with roommates over brunch. The accommodation also provides for free gym with a virtual personal trainer and outdoor spaces. The students can watch their favourite movies or shows in the cinema room or on TV and practice their assignments in the study room.
Location and What's Hot?
The location of the accommodation makes it a pretty happening place. Restaurants like PHX Bistro and Flanagan's Bar & Restaurant are close by. There are various supermarkets that are also very near which makes the accommodation extremely accessible and a comfortable place for the student to reside in. The weekends would never be dull in this location, the Phoenix Park is extremely close and is relaxing and would help in unwinding for the week. The National Wax Museum Plus can also be an exciting and chill place to hang out with friends.
Commute
The location of the property makes it extremely easy to commute from one place to the other. Arran Quay bus station is a 5-minute walk and Usher's Quay bus stop is a 7-minute walk away from the accommodation. If you want to take a train then the Smithfield tram stop is also a 3-minute walk away. For cross-country travel, one can take a train from the Dublin Heuston which is a 7-minute drive from the accommodation.

How do I pay my rent?
Once your booking has been completed, they will send you an invitation email which will allow you to set up your rent payments. All rent payments can be arranged in a number of ways to make budgeting as easy as possible for you. Some of their tenants pay a lump sum at the start of each term, while others pay in instalments – it is up to you to decide which works best for you. They advise residents to set up a local currency Direct Debit to avoid fees, remove the stress of payment deadlines and to ensure that you never miss a rent payment.

Can I sub-let my room?

Absolutely – university is a time for making new friends (and besides, they know you’ll want to show off your new home!). They do ask that those living in shared apartments or studios refrain from having more than one guest at any time, and that you keep overnight stays to a maximum of two nights per week. Visitors also need to sign in at reception and sign out when they leave, to assist us in the event of a fire evacuation. In addition, please note that their visitor policy can be amended at any time.
Can I keep a pet?

In line with GDPR regulations they are unable to share names or contact details, however you will be given information on how to download and join the management's app prior to arrival and move in day. This app will act as a form of networking platform prior to and during your tenancy.

Their gyms typically contain all of the equipment that you would expect – including weight machines, cardiovascular machines, and free weights as well as mats for yoga and stretching.

As part of their commitment to climate change and to reducing the CO2 output levels of their sites and their residents, they encourage students to use the local public transport network and to keep their cars outside of the city centers. Not only will this help reduce your own carbon footprint, but it will save you money in the long run.

Yes, all of their accommodation sites include bike storage as part of your facilities package! They do ask that you bring your own bike lock for optimum security.

What kitchen equipment is supplied in the accommodation?
Before planning your trip to Ikea, incoming students should note that their kitchens include hobs, ovens, fridge-freezers, dishwashers, microwaves, kettles, and toasters. Any other cooking equipment you wish to use, as well as cutlery and crockery, will need to be supplied by yourself.
What is included in my room?
They want your bedroom to feel as much like home as possible, so they try not to stand in the way of your individuality and creativity. Because of this, your bedroom includes: A large bed with underbed storage and quality mattress and USB charging ports by your bed, six electrical sockets under your desk with cable management, a desk light, an ergonomic study chair, window with black-out blinds or curtains and an en-suite bathroom with a power shower. All the decoration and finer details are up to you! Studio apartments also feature a dining table and an integrated kitchen with a fridge-freezer, two electric hobs and combi oven.
