Is the booking process free?

There is a 150 euros admin fee for all new tenants. To secure your booking, you can pay this fee once your inquiry has been accepted. However, please be aware that if you cancel the booking, the admin fee will not be refunded.

When do I need to pay the first rent?

It is important to note that payment for the first rent should be made within 72 hours from the time of receiving the contract. You are supposed to get a conformation within 24 hours  after paying the service fee. (If the parent was initiated during working days).

When do I need to pay deposit?

You will have ample time to pay the deposit for your move-in. They kindly ask that the deposit be paid no later than 72 hours before your move-in date.

What cost are included in my rent?

Everything except radio tax. Also, although internet is provided as gift in all their properties, the cost of it is not included in your rent. Yet, all tenants can enjoy using high speed internet for free. Also facility service and repairs are included in the rent. So you even don’t need to change a bulb if you don’t have a latter!

What is choose your style?
