Online through the student account portal. At the property reception desk. By telephone through the property team. By bank transfer. By credit or debit card over the phone for overseas payments. Note - International bank transfers may incur charges from the student's bank.

A guarantor is required for most bookings. A UK-based guarantor is accepted. Company guarantors are accepted. Students require a UK guarantor whose annual income is at least 42 times the monthly rent. Alternatively, the guarantor must be a homeowner. Working professionals must earn at least 30 times the monthly rent annually or provide a guarantor. The guarantor must: Be resident in the UK for at least 1 year. Be over 21 years of age. Be a homeowner or in full-time employment. Provide photographic identification. Provide proof of a UK address dated within the last 3 months. Have an annual income equivalent to at least 42 times the monthly rent. Housing Hand is accepted as a third-party guarantor service for students who cannot provide a UK guarantor. Sponsored students may use their sponsor instead of a guarantor, subject to approval. Students must provide a student ID or evidence of being a full-time student.

Dual occupancy is available only in 1-bed apartments at an additional charge of £50 per week. International bank transfer charges may apply. Charges may apply when deposit refunds are sent to a non-UK bank account.
