Booking Deposit

<p>You have to pay €250 (<strong>non-refundable</strong>) as the booking deposit.</p>

Security Deposit

<p>To reserve your room you have to pay security deposit (<strong>refundable</strong>) which is equivalent to €1200.</p>

Guarantor Requirement

Cooling Off Period

<ul> <li>There may be a <strong>short initial cool-off period</strong> (e.g., 5 days) during which the contract may be cancelled <strong>without any penalty</strong> after it has been received.</li> <li>After the cool-off period ends, <strong>cancellations may incur fees or result in the forfeiture of deposits</strong>, unless they fall under <strong>acceptable justified reasons</strong> as defined by the property.</li> </ul>

No Visa No Pay

No Place No Pay
