The property requires you to have a guarantor. Note: 1. A guarantor must be a financially solvent French tax resident. 2. The guarantor must prove an income approximately three times the rent amount. 3. The inventory report is a document prepared between the resident and the property. It is completed when the resident moves in and again upon departure. Issued in several copies and given to each party, it must be kept throughout the rental period. The move-in inventory is carried out on the day the keys are handed over (not necessarily on the day of signing the lease). It records the condition of the unit when the resident moves in. When moving out, the inventory report describes the condition of the apartment at the end of the lease.
