How do I collect my keys?

Property management will meet you on site and hand over the keys and apartment to you. Property recommends to email at least 2 weeks in advance to book an appointment to collect your keys. Staff are on site during normal office hours Monday - Friday. Management will try to accommodate any out of hours key collections if booked in advance.

What is included in my rent?

Everything! Gas, Electric, Water and Internet are included in your rent.

Do I have to pay Council Tax?

No, however you must register with Leeds City Council to be exempt from paying council tax.

What If I do not have a UK Guarantor?

Tenants who pay the full amount upfront do not need to provide a guarantor. If you are choosing to pay quarterly or monthly and need a guarantor, property would recommend using Housing Hands which for a fee, will act as a guarantor on your behalf.

What happens if I have a maintenance problem?

All tenants will have access to App where you can report any maintenance issues. You can also report any issues to on-site team during office hours Monday to Friday. You can also email for any maintenance issues. Property will then send a member of maintenance team to your apartment to fix the issue. property aim is to resolve any issues on our first visit, however this is not always the case if parts need to be ordered or works need to be completed by external contractors, this may take a little longer and will update  you  on. 98% maintenance is completed within 24 hours of it being reported!

Is there internet access on site?

Yes, Property have WIFI throughout the building and in the apartments. There are also Ethernet ports in each apartment! The service is provided by CableCom. They can also provide support with setting up your devices to property network.

Do you have a laundry facility?

Yes, property has a laundry room where you can wash and dry your clothes.

Can you clean my room?

Yes, property have cleaners on site most days to clean the communal areas. Property also provides a professional room cleaning starting from GBP 13.

Do you provide bedding etc.?

Yes, however this would come at additional cost. Please check out Extras Add Ons Page for a full list of the optional extras you can choose.

Can I smoke in my room?

No, it is a non-smoking building. property have allocated smoking areas in outdoor area.

Can I choose where my room is in the building?

Yes, you can also see the room type floor plans on the 'Accommodation Type' page. Please contact by email or telephone if you would like to request a specific room, floor or layout.

Can I bring my bike?

Yes, property have 2 covered bike storage areas in the secure car park.

Car I bring my car?

Yes, property has 16 car parking spaces. Car parking is at an additional cost of GBP 400 pa and is allocated on a first come first serve basis. You can book parking as an extra add on when booking your room or by emailing property management.

Is property secure?

Yes, property is a gated building with a fob access entry system. Video Intercoms allowing you to see the CCTV feeds from all entry points. The site has CCTV covering the external perimeter and all entry points.

How do I pay my rent?

Rents are usually collected by Direct Debit. The frequency depends on what payment frequency you select when making your booking. property also accept Cash and Standing Order.
