It is refundable at the end of your stay with us if there are no damages, your room is left clean and there is no outstanding rent. You will receive an email when your bond is ready to be returned. Is there a curfew?
We don’t have a curfew for residents over the age of 18. International residents under the age of 18 must sign a curfew between 9:30pm to 10:00pm. The Next Generation team communicates all curfew breaches to the educational institution on the spot, or the following day, depending on the nature of the breach.
