PadSplit requires a 12-week minimum stay; moving out early may result in a penalty.Members may transfer to another PadSplit property without a penalty.If a Member does not move in, they must cancel through the Member Dashboard, transfer to another home, or schedule a move-out date. Otherwise, the original booking’s billing cycle continues.

Pay In Instalment
Membership dues can be paid weekly or biweekly.
Mode Of Payment
Payments are made electronically through the Member Dashboard.Accepted payment methods include debit card, credit card, eligible prepaid card, and bank transfer (ACH).An active payment card must be registered on the account.Members can make payments through the Finances tab by selecting Pay Now.
Additional Fees
A one-time move-in fee applies for cleaning and preparing the room.Paying the move-in fee over 4 weeks adds a fixed $12 charge; paying over 8 weeks adds a fixed $40 charge.A $25 late charge applies if a balance remains unpaid after 11:59 PM EST on the Dues Day.
