Early termination by students

If the tenant leaves the property before the checkout date selected at the time of booking, the property service fee is non-refundable once the tenant has moved in and 48 hours have passed after check-in. In such cases, the tenant is not entitled to a partial or full refund of the property service fee.

Students who wish to extend their stay can contact the Amber team for renewal or rebooking at the same accommodation. Our team will support the renewal process and help students secure a suitable room of their choice. Booking Deposit

One month's rent plus the property service fee is payable when booking. Once the stated amount has been paid, the property is reserved. The one month's rent is paid to the landlord 48 hours after check-in.

Who will I share the property with?

None in the case of renting out an internal flat. In the case of renting out a room: unfortunately, due to GDPR requirements they are unable to share specific information about the other tenants in the property.

What are the booking costs?

Property charges a service fee which is proportional to the cost of the fee for the number of months booked. In addition to the booking costs, you can add specific costs for the registration of the contract, cleaning and sanitation. You can check for these additional costs in the ad description.

What if there is any Changes to my dates?

If during your tenancy you need to change your plans and move out early or extend your tenancy, they will be here to help you, simply contact their customer care team.

Can I visit the property?
