The University of California is a 9-minute drive away and American Jewish University is a 16-minute drive from the property, making it a hit property amongst the students.

The windows provide a view of the bright blue sky, keeping the room light and airy. The roomy accommodations include a soft, comfy bed and a chest of drawers where one may store all of their daily necessities. All the apparel and accessories might be kept in the closet. The stove top, oven, and refrigerator are all given in the kitchen amenities. The on-site laundry allows the students to complete their daily tasks, and since the rent includes all utility costs, living is very simple.
