    The community offers different accommodation options. The best way to be sure is to book a tour and experience the space firsthand.

    How old is everyone living in the community?

    The community is very diverse, and age is simply a number. What truly matters is the mindset—residents are like-minded and well-suited to living together.

    What’s included with rent?

    All utility bills are included in the rent. The community strives to go the extra mile to provide value.

    How long can I stay?

    The minimum length of stay is three months, and residents are welcome to stay as long as they like.

    Monthly cleaning services are provided. However, residents are responsible for maintaining cleanliness in shared areas such as the living room, hallway, stairs, bathrooms, and communal kitchen. All occupants are expected to keep the property in clean and good condition.
