A security deposit is required to confirm the booking and is refunded within 15 days after move-out, subject to the applicable refund process.
Pay In Instalment
Rent is payable monthly through electronic invoices. If the tenancy starts mid-month, the first invoice covers one month from the move-in date, followed by a prorated invoice until the end of that month. Subsequent payments are due monthly.A 20% discount on the membership fee is available for eligible tenants who pay the full 12-month fee upfront, subject to screening.

Payments are made electronically through invoices. Tenants may also opt for automatic payments using an authorised credit card or bank account.
Guarantor Requirement
Tenants may use a third-party guarantor service to help meet the qualification requirements.
Additional Fees
A $20 application fee applies to Standard members. Premium members receive an application fee waiver at signing.A $40 fee applies for night check-in after 9 p.m., subject to arrangement.A $70 fee may apply for check-in between midnight and 9 a.m., if available.A $250 monthly surcharge applies when two people share a private room or when a partner is considered an additional occupant.An additional occupancy fee may apply when an overnight guest stays for more than 8 nights in a calendar month.A separate monthly membership fee applies to eligible units: Standard membership costs $249 per month, while Premium costs an additional $49 per month.
