Students can defer their leasing agreement with the property due to late provision of their visa, resulting to a deferral of the commencement date of their university studies in Australia. The property will change the student’s lease agreement start date. The booking agreement, including all special terms, room type and location, will be held as previously stated in the original agreement.

Students who wish to extend their stay can contact the Amber team for renewal or rebooking at the same accommodation. Our team will support the renewal process and help students secure a suitable room of their choice. Students are encouraged to reach out early to ensure they can rebook the same room or another room of their choice at the same property.

Booking Deposit

1. You need to pay One weeks' rent in advance to book your room with the property. 2. This is non-refundable in-case you choose to cancel the booking.

Security Deposit

1. You need to pay 2 weeks rent as deposit to secure your room with the property. 2. This is refundable at the end of the tenancy period less any deductions and pending charges.

Additional Fees

Upon application approval, you have to pay a non-refundable membership fee of AUD 100. For double occupancy:- In the rooms that accept 2 people, there is AUD 100 extra per week on top of the rate advertised.

Mode Of Payment

Credit card, debit card and bank transfer.

Guarantor Requirement

The property does not require you to provide any guarantors.
