Guarantor Requirement
1. The property accept both local and international guarantors. 2. The guarantor must be a financially stable individual, typically a parent, guardian, or relative. Identification: A copy of the guarantor's government-issued ID (e.g., passport, driver's license). B. Proof of Income: Recent pay stubs, tax returns, or a letter from their employer confirming their employment and salary. C. Credit Report: A recent credit report to demonstrate their creditworthiness.
