Booking Deposit
A $350 Move-in Fee per apartment lease is payable with the lease. The Move-in Fee is non-refundable.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit equal to four weeks' rent is required. The security deposit is due one week before the lease start date.
Pay In Instalment
The Move-in Fee and the first four weeks of rent are due with the lease. The last four weeks of rent are also due with the lease. Rent is then due every four weeks, starting four weeks after the lease start date, until the lease has been paid in full.
Mode Of Payment
Payments can be made by bank transfer. Accepted methods include Wire transfer, ACH, including services such as Wise or Revolut, Zelle, and Venmo.
Guarantor Requirement
A guarantor is not required.
Additional Fees
A $350 Move-in Fee is charged per apartment lease. Electricity is charged separately based on usage.

Amber will help you book the property as per your requirements. No- we do not charge you for our services, unless specified others.
How do I cancel a booking?
