We will liaise with the property team to review your request on a case-by-case basis for cancellation. The resolution will be subject to the property's assessment and the terms of your booking.

Delayed Arrivals & travel restrictions

If you are unable to travel due to government-imposed travel restrictions, please contact the Amber team with the relevant supporting documentation. We will facilitate the request to review your circumstances and explore the possibility of cancellation/contract amendment. Requests are considered individually, and any outcome will depend on the property's review and applicable booking terms.

Deferring Studies

If you have deferred your studies, please contact the Amber team and share your updated university documentation. We will notify the property team to review your request for cancellation/contract amendment. Co-living spaces are much safer than you think. The property has 24/7 CCTV surveillance and security guards are available.

Will my privacy get disturbed while living in a communal living?

No, not at all! You will be having your room with no interference from other residents. The property has communal spaces like a study, lounge, social kitchen, and gym where the tenants connect with one another.

Are car parks available at the properties?

Some of the properties offer on-site car park facilities. For properties without dedicated parking, nearby parking options are available within walking distance.

Are your rooms for rent fully furnished?

Yes, each co-living unit is fully furnished with a bed (single, queen, king as per your room selection), an ensuite bathroom, air conditioner, workstation, high-speed internet connectivity, wardrobe, mini-fridge, and TV.

Are there laundry facilities?

There are coin-operated washer/ dryer units at the communal space for some properties. All studio units, on the other hand, are fitted with a personal washer/dryer.
