Property cannot take care of the payment on behalf of tenants, but you can share the costs with your flatmates.
When terminating the contract through your Member’s Portal, your bank details should already be collected during the steps followed there.
However, if you have terminated your contract and haven’t yet sent them this information, please create a Help Request. This information is key for them to refund your deposit timely.
