University Course Cancellation/Modification

If your course has been cancelled by your university, please reach out to the Amber team with the relevant supporting documentation. We will liaise with the property team to review your request on a case-by-case basis for cancellation. The resolution will be subject to the property's assessment and the terms of your booking.

Delayed Arrivals & travel restrictions

If you are unable to travel due to government-imposed travel restrictions, please contact the Amber team with the relevant supporting documentation. We will facilitate the request to review your circumstances and explore the possibility of cancellation/contract amendment. Requests are considered individually, and any outcome will depend on the property's review and applicable booking terms.

Deferring Studies

If you have deferred your studies, please contact the Amber team and share your updated university documentation. Security Deposit

The deposit is equivalent to two months of the service fee. It will be refunded within 60 days after the end of the contract.

They only charges the service fee there are no additional management or agency fees. The price is all-inclusive.

How is internet and appliance maintenance handled?

They provide high-speed gigabit Wi-Fi (just enter the password to use). Appliance breakdowns due to natural wear and tear will be repaired by the maintenance team.

How is hygiene managed in shared apartments?

A cleaning team visits weekly to clean common areas, ensuring a clean and comfortable living environment.

Can I put up wallpaper?

Wallpaper is not recommended, as rooms must be restored to their original state upon move-out.

What about transportation and nearby amenities?

It is located close to MTR stations and major universities. Supermarkets, large shopping malls, restaurants, and markets are all nearby for your convenience.
