How do I pay rent?
Rent can be paid at the leasing office by check or money order, or online through the resident portal.
When is rent due?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. There is a grace period through the 4th, and late fees begin on the 5th. The late fee is a one-time charge equal to 8% of the base rent.
What do international students need to sign a lease?
International students need a valid passport and an I-20 form
