Utilities are billed separately from rent. Residents are responsible for electricity through American Power & Light, internet service through the community provider AT&T, and water which is billed back monthly.

Is parking available?

Yes. Parking options vary by community and may include surface parking, reserved spaces, and controlled access garages. EV charging is also available in select locations.

Yes. The Grandview Collection offers on-site maintenance during business hours, with emergency maintenance available after hours for urgent issues.
