Applicants who do not qualify independently must provide a qualifying guarantor. A qualifying guarantor must: Be at least 25 years of age. Reside in the United States. Provide a U.S.-issued Social Security Number (SSN). Provide proof of annual gross income equal to three (3) times the total Housing Contract amount. Pass the required credit screening. Applicants without a qualifying guarantor must: Pay a security deposit equal to two (2) monthly instalments. Provide proof of annual gross income equal to three (3) times the total Housing Contract amount. Pass the required credit screening. Note;- An approved third-party guarantor alternative may be available, subject to approval. Monthly fees apply when using the approved third-party guarantor alternative.
