Booking Deposit

An advance payment equal to one month's rent is required before the tenancy begins.

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit equivalent to one month's rent is required before move-in. The deposit is held against any unpaid rent, damages beyond fair wear and tear, or other charges as outlined in the lease agreement.

Guarantor Requirement

Both domestic and international guarantors are accepted. Guarantors must demonstrate a minimum annual income equivalent to 2.5 times the annual rent. Third-party guarantor services are not accepted. Guarantors must provide the following documents: Valid Passport Valid Visa (where applicable) Recent Bank Statements Proof of Income (e.g., recent payslips)

Additional Fees

A one-time, non-refundable application fee of USD 50 is payable during the booking process. Additional charges may apply depending on the property, including: One-time cleaning fee - $200 Pet fee and refundable pet deposit (where applicable) Parking charges - $250 (single) per month
