Payment Info:- Student has to pay the payment directly to the property.
Booking Deposit
1. You need to pay an administration fee (non refundable) ranging between $350 - $650, to secure your room with the property. 2. Additionally, you will be required to pay an application fee (non refundable) of $50 at the time of booking.
Additional Fees
If you do not have a good credit then you will be required to pay an assurance fee of $500 at the time of booking.
