Additional Fees

The Admin fees vary from property to property This is a one-time fee and will vary according to the tenancy length of the booking. You will be charged an administration fee at the time of booking, which will vary according to the tenancy duration. This fee includes a booking management fee, a flat maintenance fee, and a customer support fee. 3. Pet fee: For a single pet, the fee is €250, with an additional €125 per pet for any additional pets thereafter.
Booking Deposit
1. Property requires you to pay one month’s rent at the time of booking. 2. This will be offset against your first rental installment.
