Early move-out is permitted. Residents remain responsible for the lease. Residents may relet their bed space.

Replacement Tenant Accepted

Residents may find a replacement resident. The replacement resident must pass the screening process. The replacement resident must meet the property's approval criteria. Subletting is not permitted.

Pets

Pets are not permitted in the bedroom, dwelling unit, apartment, or apartment community without prior written approval. Subject to approval, residents may keep one dog or one cat only. Rent is divided into 12 equal monthly installments. Monthly installments are due on the 1st of each month. Note - Late fees apply from the 4th day of the month for overdue rent.

Payments can be made through the Resident Portal. Bank accounts and credit/debit cards are accepted. Recurring payments are available. PayPal is not accepted.

Guarantor Requirement

Most applicants require a guarantor. Guarantors must have a valid US Social Security Number and credit history. Non-US citizens are not accepted as guarantors. Applicants may self-qualify using their own income. Student loans cannot be used as income verification. A third-party guarantor service is available.

Valet trash fee: $15 per installment. Optional parking fee: $15 (one-time).
