    Early move-out is permitted. Residents remain responsible for the lease. Residents may relet their bed space.

    Rent is divided into 12 equal monthly installments. Monthly installments are due on the 1st of each month. Note - Late fees apply from the 4th day of the month for overdue rent.

    Guarantor Requirement

    Most applicants require a guarantor. Guarantors must have a valid US Social Security Number and credit history. Non-US citizens are not accepted as guarantors. Applicants may self-qualify using their own income. Student loans cannot be used as income verification. A third-party guarantor service is available.

    Valet trash fee: $15 per installment. Optional parking fee: $15 (one-time).

    What do I need to reserve a room or apartment?

    To reserve a bed space, a signed lease agreement is required. The lease agreement is generated once the application is complete and the screening process has been approved.

    What documents are required for the application?

    Applicants are required to upload a copy of their identification before move-in. If a guarantor is required, they must also provide proof of income during their application process.

    How long does the application approval take?

    Most applications are approved within 24–48 hours.

    Can I apply if I’m not a student?

    Yes, non-students are also welcome to apply, provided they meet the property's qualifying criteria.

    What is included in my rent?

    Monthly rent includes high-speed internet, parking, shuttle service, and access to all community amenities.

    Can I change my rent payment plan?

    No, the rent payment plan is tied to the selected floor plan and bedroom type. Residents interested in alternative rates may contact the onsite team to discuss available transfer options.

    What happens if my rent payment is late?

    Late fees may apply starting on the 4th day of the month if rent remains unpaid. Continued non-payment may result in eviction in accordance with the lease agreement.

    Can I choose to live with my friends?

    Yes, residents can request to live with friends by creating a roommate group during the application process or by listing friends who have already applied. Requests are accommodated where possible.

    Is a roommate matching service available?

    Yes, a roommate matching service is available. Room assignments are based on a questionnaire covering study habits, academic focus, lifestyle, and social preferences to help match compatible roommates.

    Can I choose my bedroom within the apartment?

    Specific bedroom selection is not available. Residents lease a particular floor plan and bedroom type rather than a specific bedroom, although bedroom preferences are considered whenever possible.

    Can I change rooms if I have roommate issues?

    Yes, room transfers may be available if roommate mediation is unsuccessful. Transfers are subject to availability within the same floor plan and same-gender units.

    Is parking available?

    Yes, on-site parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is also available for unloading belongings on move-in day.

    How do I collect my keys?

    Key collection details are provided in the move-in instructions before arrival.

    What appliances are included in the apartment?

    Each apartment includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, washer, and dryer.

    Can I personalize my room?

    Yes, residents may personalize their rooms provided no damage beyond normal wear and tear is caused. Repair charges may apply for excessive damage.

    Are laundry facilities available?

    Yes, every apartment includes an in-unit washer and dryer.

    Can I receive mail and packages?

    Yes, each apartment has a shared mailbox for residents to receive mail.

    Is Wi-Fi available?

    Yes, Wi-Fi is available throughout all apartments and shared community spaces.

    Who is responsible for cleaning?

    Residents are responsible for cleaning their bedrooms and shared living areas. The property does not provide cleaning services, and apartments are inspected periodically to ensure they are maintained in good condition.

    Can I host gatherings or parties?

    Gatherings are permitted provided they comply with the property's community rules and designated quiet hours outlined in the lease agreement.

    Yes, pets are permitted. Additional fees may apply depending on the property's pet policy.
