Replacement Tenant Accepted

The property is pet-friendly and allows one pet per apartment with prior written approval. A one-time non-refundable pet fee of $350 per pet and a monthly pet rent of $35 per pet apply. Application fee: $50 (one-time). Administration fee: $150 (one-time).

Pay In Instalment

Rent is divided into 12 equal monthly installments. Monthly installments are due on the 1st of each month. Note - Late fees apply from the 4th day of the month for overdue rent.

Bank transfer (eCheck). Debit and credit cards (processing fees apply). Recurring payments via the Resident Portal. PayPal is not accepted.

Guarantor Requirement

Most applicants require a guarantor. Applicants may self-qualify using their own income. Student loans cannot be used as income verification. A third-party guarantor service is available.
