Residents may find a replacement resident. The replacement resident must pass the screening process. The replacement resident must sign a new lease. Subletting is not allowed.

Pets

The property is pet-friendly and allows one pet per apartment with prior written approval. A one-time non-refundable pet fee of $350 per pet and a monthly pet rent of $35 per pet apply. The following conditions apply: Only one dog or one cat is permitted. Aggressive dog breeds are not permitted. Application fee: $50 (one-time). Administration fee: $150 (one-time).

Pay In Instalment

Rent is divided into 12 equal monthly installments. Monthly installments are due on the 1st of each month. Note - Late fees apply from the 4th day of the month for overdue rent.

Guarantor Requirement
