Payment and Fees
1. You need to pay 1.5 times the rent as a deposit to secure your room with the property. 2. This will be refundable in 2 months after you move out less any deductions and pending charges. Note: Any refund to a Non-EU bank account will generate a fee of €100.
Rent needs to be paid monthly, in advance.
To book an accommodation no guarantor is required.

1. You need to pay €150 as membership fees at the time of booking. This fee is non refundable. 2. Not included in your rent (Germany): The TV and Radio Tax, or Rundfunkbeitrag, is mandatory by German law and costs €53 for every 3 months. This is shared by all tenants in the flat. Property cannot take care of the payment on behalf of tenants, but you can share the costs with your flatmates.

Can I visit / view the apartment?
They receive so many applications, that it is not possible for them to accommodate everyone who is possibly interested, hence, they are unable to organize individual viewings. However, they always work on setting expectations right when offering someone a room, as they want you to get everything you are expecting. For this, their team is ready to reply to all of your questions, and offer you every possible detail about the room so you are sure this is the right fit for you!
How are your rooms and flats furnished?
All you need to do is pack your clothes and move into your new PMG home! Your apartment is fully furnished for you to live comfortably in it from day 1. Additional common-use items such as iron, vacuum cleaner, clothes rack, and washing machine* are included. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, a fridge, a dishwasher, and a stove. Cook your heart’s desires! Your room also awaits, fully furnished and clean! You will find a bed + bed linens, a bedside table, and a wardrobe in your room. If you book a room larger than 10m2, you also get a desk and a chair. Enjoy! *Some buildings offer a shared laundry room and others a washing machine inside the flat.
Is it possible to do a registration of the address?
Of course, it is! Whether it is the Anmeldung in Germany, the Basisregistratie Personen in the Netherlands, the Registrazione Contratto all’Agenzia delle Entrate in Italy, or El Padron in Spain, their hsupport team will provide you with all the necessary documents when needed and share some extra tips on how you can carry on with this bureaucratic errand. What's included in my monthly rent payment?
The monthly rent payment includes all bills, internet costs, a fully furnished flat, maintenance, access to your digital PMG Accounts to manage all your payments and requests, their great support team, and many more! In some properties, your cost also covers biweekly cleaning services.
When are the first payments due?
Deposit and Membership Fee
Once you have entered your payment details on their payment platform, the deposit and membership fee will be charged. These fees need to be settled as soon as your contract has been signed and at latest one week before your contract starts so that they can send you proper move-in instructions for your new apartment.
